Dubbo West Preschool Incorporated on Baird Drive is seeking an experienced Diploma trained educator, to join our team of passionate, dedicated and mature minded educators. Our preschool is community based and managed by a parent committee giving a hands on local approach to our vision. We are a community that partners with parents to provide the best educational start for all children. Our Exceeding rated preschool is a Child Safe organisation that values the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and believes in our philosophy that nurtures and supports each child to become a confident learners.

What we are looking for:

  • An educator with an ACECQA approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education;
  • Evidence of a current employee Working with Children Check;
  • Have or be willing to complete a satisfactory police check prior to employment if successful.
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate 012 -with Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Training and CPR 009
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage with families;
  • Ability to supervise and support the development and delivery of learning programs that cater to children's interests and developmental needs;
  • Willingness to be part of a positive, nurturing environment while working with a team of educators to provide exceptional care and education.
  • Ability to be guided by and assist an Early Childhood Teacher with all aspects of the program and planning.

Position requirements:

  • ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • Current Working with Children Check & police check (required if successful).
  • A first aid certificate 012, including asthma and anaphylaxis and CPR 009.
