We are seeking a skilled Management Consultant to join our team and help lead business improvement initiatives and service transformation.

Roles

  • Develop and present recommendations for improving methods, streamlining workflows, redefining job roles, and fostering innovation to drive organisational progress.

  • Develop and implement business strategies, organisational structures, and operational processes aimed at improving the delivery of NDIS services and enhancing client satisfaction and outcomes.

  • Provide expert advice on improving operational efficiency, managing costs, planning workforce needs, and driving change to ensure compliance with NDIS standards and enhance service quality.

  • Analyse service delivery and internal processes within the NDIS sector to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure services meet the needs of participants effectively.

  • Utilise continuous improvement and change management methodologies to identify service delivery gaps and support the efficient allocation of resources within the NDIS related framework.

  • Collaborate with senior management to implement approved strategies and oversee transformation projects across the organisation.

  • Provide guidance on strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing client experiences while ensuring efficient use of company resources and capabilities.

  • Offer coaching and mentorship to individuals and teams, helping to develop their skills, boost performance, and contribute to overall organisational growth.
