Casual / Part Time Liquor Retail Store Assistant

The team is growing again… Copper & Oak is a respected, independent, family-owned liquor retailer, with over 50 years' experience, across two continents. We operate seven days a week, and online, in a dynamic work environment that connects thousands of amazing liquor products with amazing customers.

We are looking for someone who is:

Passionate about people, curious and knowledgeable, an independent thinker, charismatic, detailed oriented, resilient, plus comfortable with a reasonable level of change and fast-moving pace.

Part-Time Liquor Assistant role requirements:

  • RSA required; Approved Manager preferred
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years or older
  • Day, evening, weekend and occasional public holiday work required – this is core to the role
  • Liquor retail or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Physical suitability: repetitive heavy lifting required daily
  • Manual, ordinary driver's license: you will drive our manual van for deliveries
  • A decent level of knowledge in Wine, Spirits & Beer is preferred along with a keen interest to expand knowledge in these fields.
  • Valid Australian work rights required

There is currently two locations with one in Tuart Hill & one in Guildford, a third location will be opening in Kalamunda in 2026/2027.

Renumeration: $34.00 – $47.00 per hour / $65.00 per hour public holiday
