Found in 1998 in the heart of Sydney, Australia, MindChamps International Preschool & Early Learning ("MindChamps") is a pathbreaking Preschool and early childhood education with 86 centres operating globally in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia and Myanmar.

As we grow, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator for an Inclusion support role to join our close-knit and supportive team in Hornsby, NSW. This is a 12months max term contract with a potential for extension.

As an Early Childhood Educator, your core responsibilities will include the following:

  • Plan, supervise and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies,
  • Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with a focus on providing an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centre-based service
  • Establish and maintain team relationships with other early childhood educators
  • Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership program with the parents

What we are looking for

  • A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent).
  • Current/Valid Working With Children's Check (WWCC) and relevant First Aid Certificates
  • Previous working experience in Early Childhood Education
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team
  • A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long-term career
  • Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care
