Studio Supervisor

We're on the lookout for a Studio Supervisor to join the vibrant crew at @pilates Subiaco This is a part-time role (with potential to be full-time) where you'll be part of a dynamic, supportive team in the booming health & wellness industry.

• Oversee the daily flow of our 24/7 Pilates studio, keeping everything running smoothly and our members smiling
• Be the friendly face that helps members with enquiries, bookings, and payments
• Support members in-studio with technology (iPads, headphones, apps), and keep an eye on their form and experience
• Run engaging new member inductions to help them feel confident and excited
• Ensure the studio remains a clean, safe, and welcoming space at all times
• Jump in on marketing and promotion efforts to spread the @pilates 24/7 magic

• A people person with a genuine love for helping others
• Great problem-solving skills and a calm, can-do attitude
• Top-tier communication and organisation abilities
• Someone who's proactive, reliable, and is self efficient in an independent role
• Previous customer service experience is a big plus

• Paid training provided (mandatory online session on 29th October, 7am–11am)
