At Nurtured Growth Therapy, we boldly nurture children's growth with heart-led, holistic occupational therapy. Our mission is to
empower children, families, and communities in Ipswich
to grow and thrive through playful, compassionate, and collaborative occupational therapy. We work with children aged 0–8 years, support developmental screenings in schools and daycares, provide professional development for educators, and are committed to delivering services to children who are underserved or disadvantaged.

About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate and motivated
Occupational Therapist
to join our team. This is a
mobile role
, offering the flexibility to work from home, in community settings, schools, and family homes.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver
  therapy tailored to each child's goals utilising an eclectic approach (floortime, sensory integration, NDT, trauma-informed and mental health frameworks).
• Conduct assessments, developmental screenings, and tailored workshops.
• Provide consultations and collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals.
• Support children to develop independence, confidence, and meaningful daily living skills.
• Participate in the development of OT resources and contribute to community projects we are building.

Support & Development:

Ideal for new graduates or therapists building paediatric experience:

• Shadowing sessions, case discussions, ad-hoc supervision, and report reviews.
• Access to internal professional development and support to pursue PD aligned with paediatric practice.
• Administrative support from a dedicated Client Care Coordinator.
