Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance and Education Coordinator. The QA & E Coordinator will be responsible for conducting audits and quality assurance activities, developing and delivering educational programs for clinical and operation teams at OLC Care. This role will also involve providing clinical guidance, mentoring staff, and contributing to the continuous improvement of care and service practices at OLC Care.

Qualifications

  • 3 years + residential aged care experience as clinician
  • 2 years + residential aged care leadership experience
  • Critical thinker
  • Quick learner
  • Experience in developing and delivering educational programs and training sessions
  • Ability to assess staff competencies and provide clinical guidance and mentorship
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Registered Nurse qualification with a valid AHPRA registration
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
  • This role needs to travel between facilities
