Toptimum is looking for a Sr. Financial Consultant to provide expert financial guidance to our customer. Duties/Responsibilities: Advise customer on all aspects of financial performance and assist in maximizing mission value, mitigating financial risk, and ensuring that financial commitments are met. Design processes and procedures to support financial reporting requirements to include sped plans, budgeting, and planning. Implement processes and procedures supporting Service Level Agreements and provide guidance on contractual requirements. Monitor and provide customer with analysis of spending trends, execution rates, and budget plans. Process budgetary requirements and financial reports. Provide customer workforce with guidance in financial processing and policies. Support the development and drafting of contributions to the congressional budget justification book. Provide customer with supporting documentation for monthly invoices and contract status reports. Provide customer with task order-specific financial summaries for several projects. Attend monthly program management reviews and prepare reports of financial performance of task orders.
