About the role

Join Shanon Group as an HC Driver and play a vital role in our growth and success. As an HC Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of goods across Victoria. This is a full-time position based in Knoxfield, Victoria, with opportunities for career development within our dynamic and expanding organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate heavy combination vehicles safely and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Undertake deliveries and collections across metropolitan and regional areas
  • Carry out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is maintained in good working order
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including record-keeping requirements
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations

What we're looking for

  • Current Heavy Combination (HC) driver's license
  • Minimum 2 years' experience driving HC vehicles in a commercial setting
  • Strong knowledge of road rules and safe driving practices
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and attention to detail
