The Role:
We are looking for an Education Coordinator to join our team in South Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking, is highly organised, and enjoys keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist in the delivery of Ozdare's education programs, ensuring all equipment and class materials are prepared and organised.
- Manage the set-up and smooth running of all educational classes and events at the Academy.
- Oversee the online booking platform and process/manage all education bookings.
- Coordinate communication of classes to Business Development Consultants (BDCs) and clients.
- Maintain and update education documents, resources, and tools.
- Process all stock orders for education, manage education stock levels, and ensure regular stocktakes and replenishment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse on inventory management for education tools (e.g. mannequin heads, razors, scissors).
- Support the National Education Lead in producing the annual Education Guide and calendar.
- Collate education information for National Sales Conferences.
- Communicate updates, tools, materials, and education information to Technical Educators, Guest Educators, and Sales Teams.
- Manage invoicing and credits for education bookings.
- Assist with EDU budgets, costings, and Artist agreements to ensure deliverables are met.
- Organise external freelancer, guest artists and accomodation and flights
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to Ozdare's OH&S and related policies
- Any other related tasks as directed by the Manager
About you:
- Highly organised multitasker, able to manage deadlines, coordinate schedules, and stay on top of multiple education events at once.
- Administrative and tech savvy, experienced with Microsoft Office, invoices, reports, and event logistics.
- Strong communicator and collaborator, confident liaising with educators, consultants, venues, and internal teams.
- Passionate about hair, beauty, or fashion, bringing enthusiasm and a genuine interest in the industry to support our brands and education programs.
