- A sign-on bonus of $7,000. ($3,500 payable at completion of first month, $3,500 payable upon completion of 6 months)

WHO IS TS GLOBAL?
TS Global is an Australian-owned company that employs more than two decades of experience in producing a variety of premium-grade conveyor accessories and polyurethane products. We employ an exceptional team of engineers, manufacturers, and specialist maintenance technicians who possess the expertise to create and maintain cutting-edge solutions for materials handling systems throughout Australia.
You will:
- Deliver on-site maintenance support for TS Global products while offering insights and suggestions to enhance product efficiency
- Reduce the frequency of breakdowns and ensure that our conveyor products meet customer satisfaction standards
- Engage in repairs, refurbishments, maintenance, manufacturing, and overhauls related to conveyors and their accessories
- Perform general site duties and maintain work areas
We need you to
- Have demonstrated experience as a belt technician
- Possess the ability to interpret and comprehend engineering drawings with a mechanical perspective
- Exhibit effective communication skills and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities, including the capacity for innovative thinking
- Show a strong dedication to safety and quality standards
- Maintain a high attention to detail, along with self-motivation and a commitment to teamwork
- Hold a valid driver's license for site travel
Having experience and knowledge in conveyor belt systems and their related components is definitely a plus
PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT
All successful applicants with TS Global will be required to undertake a full pre-employment medical, including a full physical component along with drug and alcohol testing.
