The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage the delivery of projects within our Melbourne area.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule and coordinate the delivery of projects on time and on budget
  • Manage project performance and trend reporting
  • Accountability for budgetary and cost control management
  • Proven track record in reaching KPI's
  • Ensure all project variations to scope are effectively managed and charged
  • Collate project schedule, work in progress and work completed and report on project progress to construction management
  • Proven track record in reaching KPI's
  • Cultivate individual talent and provide mentorship to emerging talent
  • Proven track record in reaching KPI's
  • Implement performance management and monitor progress
  • Set high standard of HSEQ compliance for self and encourage others to do the same
  • Proactively participate in the development and implementation of initiatives to improve OH&S risks

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience working within a construction environment, including experience in project and change management processes
  • Developed experience using industry standard cost and scheduling software packages
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • High level communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Autonomy to make decisions and solve problems
  • Professional demeanour
