  • Perform dental assisting duties as required to support clinical efficiency and patient care.
  • Deliver exceptional patient experiences by providing high-quality clinical support to the team.
  • Proactively manage and monitor practice materials to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Serve as the Infection Control Supervisor, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and compliance.
  • Oversee stock control, ensuring timely ordering and availability of clinical supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing laboratory work, including the storage and archiving of dental models.
  • Manage and complete daily clinical checklists to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical operations through feedback and collaboration.
  • Support the Practice Manager and Lead Dentist in training and developing the clinical team.
Qualifications
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent) – or willing to obtain
  • Proven experience in a dental assisting role is highly regarded
  • Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident in using dental software and maintaining accurate clinical records
  • A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
