What's it gonna take to get you through our roller door?
- Above award wages?
- Flexible work hours?
- Only want 3–4 days a week? (Lazy, but fine. We'll chat.)
- Work vehicle?
- Fuel card?
- Shiny new tools & diagnostic gear?
Guess what? All of this is on the table for the right legend.
And just so you know… we didn't pull this out of thin air. We just won National Franchise of the Year . So yeah, our standards are high, and our expectations are even higher. (But that's what makes us the best in the game.)
We're not after a slacker, a ghoster, or a "my-dog-ate-my-overalls" type. We want someone real: honest, reliable, and keen to actually turn up and have a crack. In return, you'll get a workshop full of good banter, plenty of laughs, and a boss who isn't a grump (most of the time).
We're a family-run workshop in Wagga, and our mission is to become the premier aftermarket workshop in the Riverina. Sounds fancy, but basically it means: great work, good vibes, no crap. Team culture and morale are everything here – if you fit, you'll never want to leave.
Some of the stuff you'll be doing (and no, you don't get out of it):- General servicing & repairs – the bread and butter.
- Pink Slip checks – yep, we all love the paperwork .
- Air-con repairs – because no one wants to sweat through summer.
- Ongoing training & keeping up with industry trends – cars keep changing, so you'll need to keep that brain switched on.
- Actually know how to solve problems and make decisions (Google doesn't count).
- Rock up clean, well-presented and on time – if you can't manage that, don't bother.
- Be computer literate – it's 2025, not 1995.
- Be highly motivated with a genuine hunger to learn and improve – we don't do "that'll do" attitudes.
- Hold a current driver's licence – because pushing cars down Pearson St isn't an option.
- Hold a current tradesperson licence – if you say you're a tradie, you better be able to back it up.
- Actually enjoy working with other motivated techs in a team – if you're a lone wolf or a misery guts, this won't work.
All enquiries are treated with strict confidentiality – we're not gonna dob you in or ring your boss. This is a permanent gig, full-time or part-time, and we're ready for you to start yesterday. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm. We're flexible, but if you're allergic to work… keep scrolling.
…And to prove you're still paying attention – if this sounds like you, get off Seek and come talk to Jason at 37 Pearson St. No resumes written by ChatGPT, no fluff – just you, in person.
