Location: Applecross, WA

As part of Increva's growth strategy, we're looking for motivated and experienced Hybrid Power Project Engineers (Electrical) to join our team. You'll work on a diverse range of feasibility studies and projects, delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients while growing your own expertise.

About the Role

Reporting to the Principal – Power and Electrical, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative hybrid power solutions. This is a great opportunity to work on interesting, high-impact projects while being supported by a collaborative team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive Innovative Outcomes – Work both independently and collaboratively with a talented small team to deliver high-impact feasibility studies and complex projects for our valued clients.
  • Own the Project Lifecycle – Take charge of project planning and execution from concept to completion, ensuring resources, schedules, documentation, and budgets are effectively managed to achieve exceptional results.
  • Be the Voice of the Project – Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients through clear, proactive communication, both written and verbal.
  • Shape Project Success – Prepare compelling tender documents, maintain tight control of budgets and estimates, and deliver accurate progress reports that inform key decisions.
  • Lead & Mentor – Share your expertise to guide and support fellow team members, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone contributes to outstanding project delivery.
