About the role
The successful candidate will have previous experience in the following areas:
- Provide the first point of contact for the Branch in a warm and friendly customer focused manner.
- Administration & customer service duties
- Accounts Receivable duties
- Manage the process from receiving the information from the Workshop Supervisor through to reporting and processing of customer invoicing.
- Helping to drive the high quality of financial management required for the high performing branch. (Knowledge of SYBIZ software an advantage)
- Full time, permanent position
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Precise attention to detail
- Professional, friendly and able to build rapport with our customers
- Ability to work with a team and also independently
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Administration and accounting experience
- High standard of customer service
- A first aid certificate (preferable but not essential)
The Package
On the job training will be provided to the successful candidate and remuneration will be negotiated based on your experience. There is a support network throughout the country to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
