Are you an experienced and hands-on Electrical Technician with a passion for power generation and commissioning? Join EPSA – the exclusive supplier of Cat engines, generators, and power solutions in Australia – and be part of something powerful.

We're seeking a motivated and skilled Electrical Commissioning Technician to join our growing team at our Mulgrave branch. You'll work on exciting projects across data centres, mining, utilities, and defence, helping deliver critical power solutions across Australia.

What you'll be doing:

  • Commissioning, testing, and inspecting new Cat generator sets and power systems
  • Troubleshooting, fault-finding and performing electrical diagnostics
  • Installing and integrating control panels and switchboards
  • Completing site acceptance testing and providing customer support
  • Working closely with project engineers and service teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and to spec
  • Traveling to customer sites (local and interstate) as required

What you'll bring:

  • A-Grade Electrical License (mandatory)
  • Solid experience in generator systems, switchboards, PLCs, or industrial power systems
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and commissioning documents
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Great communication and a safety-first mindset
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to travel when needed
