About the Role:

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Panel Beater to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and carrying out repairs in line with industry standards and manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods

  • Remove and replace damaged panels and parts

  • Straighten and realign vehicle frames and body panels

  • Use welding and metalworking tools to restore structural integrity

  • Work collaboratively with spray painters and mechanics to ensure high-quality outcomes

  • Follow OH&S procedures and maintain a clean and safe workshop environment

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology (or equivalent)

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience

  • Strong knowledge of panel beating techniques and repair equipment

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid driver's licence

We are willing to sponsor the right candidate under the Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) Visa – Subclass 482. International candidates with strong experience and qualifications are encouraged to apply.
