THE ROLE

As a skilled and motivated Site Supervisor with experience in civil, demolition, or excavation projects, you'll lead site operations, coordinate daily activities while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Working across multiple Sydney Metro sites, this is your opportunity to make an impact while advancing your leadership career with some of the industry's top talent.

  • Lead all on-site operations, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day activities
  • Directing a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with WHS regulations
  • Track and manage project schedules, timelines, and progress reporting
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and overall site logistics to ensure smooth execution
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to maintain clear communication and project alignment
  • Support quality assurance processes to uphold high standards of workmanship
ESSENTIALS
  • Minimum 5 years' experience on civil projects within Australia
  • Demonstrated success as a Site Supervisor in civil, demolition, or excavation works
  • Comprehensive knowledge of WHS regulations and a strong commitment to site safety
  • Proven leadership with a hands-on approach and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with all stakeholders
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong team-oriented approach
  • Current and relevant tickets, licences, and qualifications for site supervision in NSW
