Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team for an exciting Artificial Intelligence project.

You are required to provide technical support to our development team while leading and driving the development of AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner in all facets of developing and enhancing Agile technology solutions.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, including Agile stories, wireframes, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with the product owner to create and prioritize the product backlog using Agile practices.
• Functional experience (although technical experience would be a plus) with Google big query, google analytics, google marketing suit and Klaviyo platforms.
• Functional experience in Adform and understanding of programmatic advertising eco system.
• Understanding of media mix modelling.
• Functional knowledge on Liveramp platform and identity management in general.
• Work closely with Clients, Product Owner, Developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance product development efficiency.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
• Collaborate with the product team to analyze, design, and evaluate solutions and improve existing solutions.
• Conduct presentations and meet with potential and existing clients and stakeholders for demos, requirement elicitation, clarifications, and walkthroughs.

Requirements

• We are seeking a Business Analyst with over 5+ years of proven experience in the field.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
• Agile business analysis experience with user stories and backlogs is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Marketing related Certifications are an added advantage.
• Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
