About this role
We are currently seeking Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander individuals who are interested in pursuing a rewarding career as a Personal Carer.
In this role, you will support residents in our care home, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life through meaningful daily interactions and activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with daily living tasks such as showering, personal hygiene, mealtimes, and mobility
Delivering care aligned with each resident's individualised Care Plan
Supporting residents in community-based recreational and social activities
What You will need
A genuine interest in completing a Cert III in Individual Support
A commitment to working and learning Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
