Auto Electrician

This is a full-time Auto Electrician position FIFO within Queensland. The successful candidate will work an even time roster at one of our mine sites in Western Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leading company.

What you'll be doing

1. Carry out scheduled maintenance and repair to heavy mobile equipment
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on a range of plant and machinery
3. Diagnose and repair electrical circuits
4. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety and quality standards
5. Collaborate with the wider maintenance team to ensure efficient operations
6. Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken

What we're looking for

1. Trade qualified Auto Electrician
2. Extensive experience as a Auto Electrician, preferably in a mining or heavy industry environment
3. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills
5. Willingness to work FIFO rosters
