About MasterKraft

MasterKraft is a leading supplier of premium commercial fitness equipment across Australia. We partner with gyms, performance centres and fitness businesses to deliver high-quality, innovative training solutions. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can bring our brand to life visually.

Role Purpose

This role is responsible for creating visually impactful digital and print designs that showcase MasterKraft's products, elevate our brand presence, and support marketing and sales initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns including social media, web banners, email templates, and paid ads
  • Produce engaging content to support product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling
  • Create marketing materials including brochures, product sheets, trade show signage and packaging
  • Develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign strategies
  • Support eCommerce team with product imagery, infographics, and landing page visuals
  • Assist with photo/video editing and content repurposing
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to deliver fast turnaround design requests
  • Maintain consistency of brand identity across all outputs

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in a graphic design role (fitness or consumer product experience highly regarded)
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere or After Effects a bonus)
  • Experience creating digital assets for social and web
  • Understanding of brand positioning and visual identity systems
  • Video editing/motion graphics experience desirable
  • Photography skills advantageous but not essential
