The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. You will play a key role in assessing, treating, and supporting clients through their recovery journey, working closely with psychiatrists, counsellors, and other allied health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR).
Liaise with the broader multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and client-focused care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to program development and service improvement initiatives.
About You
Essential Criteria:
- Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
- Minimum 2 years' post-registration experience in mental health, addiction treatment, or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering evidence-based psychological interventions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
Desirable:
- Experience in inpatient or residential mental health settings.
- Additional training in trauma-focused therapy, EMDR, or schema therapy.
- Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and dual diagnosis treatment approaches.
