As part of our caring and professional team, you'll play a hands-on role in making this transition smoother, calmer, and more enjoyable for our clients.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a Personal Concierge who is compassionate, organised, and loves helping people. This role is all about supporting older Australians and their families through the process of downsizing and moving into retirement living.
You'll take the stress out of moving by providing practical assistance and personalised care, ensuring each client feels supported and comfortable throughout their journey.
What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on assistance with packing, unpacking, and setting up retirement living apartments or villas.
- Attend bi-monthly morning tea events at retirements living villages, when required.
- Support clients with decluttering, downsizing decisions, and organising belongings with care and sensitivity.
- Create calm, welcoming, and functional spaces that help clients feel at home immediately.
- Deliver a professional, caring, and discreet personal concierge service tailored to individual needs.
- Liaise with clients, families, removalists, and retirement living staff to ensure a seamless move.
- Go above and beyond to bring peace of mind during what can be a challenging life transition.
About You
You're a natural organiser with a warm personality and the ability to provide both practical support and emotional reassurance. You enjoy helping people simplify their lives and settle into new beginnings with confidence.
- Experience in concierge services, aged care support, lifestyle services, property styling, removals, or hospitality is valued but not essential.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Sensitive and respectful when working with older clients and their families.
- Physically capable of hands-on moving and organising tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to client confidentiality.
- Driver's licence required.
