Role Overview & What You'll Be Working On
We offer a dynamic and diverse work environment that blends stable local work with unique project experiences.
Depending on your existing experience and qualifications, your tasks may include:
- HVAC & Air Conditioning: Installation, service, fault finding, breakdowns and repairs .
- General Electrical: Installation, maintenance and fault finding for residential and commercial clients.
- Specialised Electrical: Mechanical Electrical, BMS, controls and switchboards for commercial and industrial projects.
- Commercial Refrigeration: Just enough to gain exposure, experience and training in commercial refrigeration without a weekend roster commitment.
- Mentoring: Guiding our apprentices to become the next generation of excellent tradespeople.
Work Breakdown: Residential (60%), Commercial (30%), Mining (10%).

Requirements
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, look out for their teammates, and are committed to safety.
- Trade qualifications and licenses as an Electrician or Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Mechanic.
- Provisional OTSR license holders completing GAP training are highly encouraged to apply.
- Current Australian driver's licence.
- Current CPR certification (for Electricians).
- Valid Police Clearance.
- Must possess valid Australian work rights.
- Ability to work independently and willingly mentor apprentices.
