Crown Property Services is seeking confident and reliable Cleaners to work evening shifts.  Your role will support our operations team to achieve excellent cleaning services at a well-known spa and bath house facility located in Sorrento.  This role is ideal for someone living in the local community, enjoys working evenings, and is a team player.

Our focus is on delivering great service quality results for our client, whilst maintaining safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, kitchens, surfaces and fixtures.
  • Use of commercial cleaning machinery (srubbers & buffers)
  • Ensuring high standards are consistently met.
  • Support the team in achieving daily deadlines as they arise, beyond the regular cleaning schedule.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols.
  • Report maintenance, safety issues or areas requiring special attention.
  • Team leader opportunity available.

About You:

  • Previous experience in similar luxury or hospitality environment preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work evenings.
  • Flexible to accept additional shifts, as and when required.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Good working knowledge of cleaning protocols and chemical safety.
  • Strong attention to detail & ability to work autonomously in a structured environment.
  • Physically fit with the ability to carry out manual tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Positive attitude, respectful and professional in the workplace.
  • Reliable transportation.
