Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day SAP end-user support, resolving queries and system errors.
  • Conduct training sessions, create user guides, and communicate system updates.
  • Document and map business processes to ensure accurate and effective system use.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance for new SAP features and updates.
  • Gather and communicate system requirements and feedback to technical teams.
  • Support change management and implementation of new SAP functionalities.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams.
  • Identify training needs and recommend development strategies.
  • Assist with onboarding of new customers, managing data conversion and SAP setup.
  • Support solution design for bids and proposals as an SAP Subject Matter Expert.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP EWM, Sales and Distribution and FICO.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, and integrated business planning.
  • Understanding of SAP workflows in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Inventory Management.
  • Experience implementing Tier 1 ERP/WMS systems in a SME or Process Owner role.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, actionable guidance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and process mapping tools.
Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, or logistics.
  • Professional certifications in supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred.
  • Experience as an SAP SME or Process Specialist.
  • A background in logistics, warehousing, or transport is desirable.
  • Valid driver's licence
