About the Role

RN2As an Aged Care Needs Assessor – Clinical (ACAS), you'll play a vital role in supporting older Australians and their families by helping them access the care and services they need most. Working across both community and hospital settings, you'll carry out comprehensive, needs-based assessments using the Integrated Assessment Tool (IAT) within the My Aged Care system. Your expertise will ensure that every client's individual circumstances are considered with care and accuracy, while you capture important information to guide the next steps in their aged care journey.

Collaboration is key, and you'll work closely with health professionals, service providers and a range of stakeholders to ensure each client receives the right care at the right time. This is a role where your clinical knowledge, empathy, and communication skills come together to make a real and lasting difference in people's lives.
