About the Role
RN2As an Aged Care Needs Assessor – Clinical (ACAS), you'll play a vital role in supporting older Australians and their families by helping them access the care and services they need most. By providing up-to-date advice on aged care pathways, including in-home support, residential care, respite and flexible options, you'll empower clients and their carers to make informed choices about their future. Collaboration is key, and you'll work closely with health professionals, service providers and a range of stakeholders to ensure each client receives the right care at the right time. This is a role where your clinical knowledge, empathy, and communication skills come together to make a real and lasting difference in people's lives.
