About the role

We're seeking a reliable and experienced Relief Skipper & Operations Support to join our team at Boat Hire Mandurah Pty Ltd in Mandurah, WA. This is a full-time role where you'll have the opportunity to work with our fleet of vessels and support our overall operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Safely operate and navigate our vessels, ensuring the safety of passengers at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients during their boat hire experiences
  • Assist with general operations, including vessel maintenance, logistics, and customer service
  • Support the team in delivering a high-quality service and exceptional experiences for our customers
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Relevant boat/vessel operating qualifications and experience as a skipper. Coxswain NC1 or Master 5/MED2.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide an exceptional experience for our clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and the wider team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • A positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to your work
