About The Role
We're looking for a
Service Leader
to oversee one of our residential sites in the Western Sydney region. You'll manage daily operations, lead a team of support staff, and drive
high-quality, person-centred services
.
You'll work closely with your Head of Service Delivery and have strong internal support from rostering, recruitment, and workforce planning teams.
- Lead and coach a team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred support
- Oversee onboarding, supervision, and ongoing development for all team members
- Support the team to manage participant risks effectively, including complex psychosocial and mental health needs
- Monitor individual plans and outcomes to ensure goals are being met
- Run regular team meetings and monthly supervision sessions
- Build team capability and foster a positive, high-performance culture

About You
- Solid background in disability support, mental health, or psychosocial services
- Strong clinical or physical care knowledge – experience with complex care needs highly regarded
- Leadership experience in a similar role – you know how to motivate and develop a team
- Clear understanding of community services, supports, and NDIS practices
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or other relevant qualification is essential
- Confident, proactive, and passionate about quality care and participant outcomes
