About the role

We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our team at Flawless Gloss in Carrum Downs, Victoria. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair plans
  2. Perform panel beating, straightening, and reshaping of damaged vehicle body parts
  3. Some assembly work
  4. Comply with all health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Panel Beater
  2. Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, technical diagrams, and job specifications
  3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
