Eveleigh, New South Wales, Australia Toby's Estate Coffee Roasters Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

The story of Toby's Estate began in 1997, in the grungy streets of Woolloomooloo, armed with Mum's garage, a beat-up coffee roaster and passion on tap, we set out on a wild adventure of business and coffee discovery. Not concerned with the frills of it all, but just that we were consistently consistent in roasting the tastiest coffee we could and treating all the people in our world like family.

Why join us?
Due to an internal promotion to Warehouse Manager (Site Manager), we have an opportunity to step into the engine room of Toby's coffee logistics as our next Warehouse Supervisor. From add receiving multiple daily deliveries to scheduling green‑bean movements to keeping our spare‑parts and finished goods flowing, you'll make an impact on how coffee (and the gear that brews it) moves from our warehouse to cafés and customers. You'll work alongside multiple functions within Toby's Estate, work across warehouse systems, and stay hands‑on on the floor so the team never misses a beat. Plus: all the coffee you can drink and 5 extra days of 'recharge leave' too.

What You'll Do

  • Keep daily operations humming: receive, pick, pack, dispatch, and jump on the floor alongside supervision of 7 team members.
  • Coordinate driver runs and third‑party freight; adjust schedules to hit delivery timeframes.
  • Own stock accuracy: cycle counts, stock takes, adjustments, tidy locations, and FIFO.
  • Manage spare‑parts workflows (receipting, tagging, kitting/dispatch) so technicians and customers have what they need.
  • Prepare export paperwork (International orders) and resolve any rework with the relevant government bodies - we'll teach you the specifics.
  • Use EXO, our WMS, and the driver/dispatch system to keep data clean and decisions quick.
  • Collaborate across Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, the Chippendale Roastery, Interstate Site Managers and the Warehouse Manager (Site Manager) to balance capacity and service.

About You

  • Fast, organised operator who can juggle priorities in a busy warehouse.
  • Systems‑savvy (ERP/WMS experience helps; we'll train you on EXO and our workflows).
  • Quality and safety mindset -accurate paperwork, tidy aisles, clean scans.
  • Clear communicator who enjoys working with drivers, pick/pack, and stakeholders.
  • LF forklift licence, high‑reach experience and supervisory experience are a plus.

The details

  • Location: Alexandria (with occasional runs to our Chippendale Roastery).
  • Hours: Full‑time, Monday–Friday.
