About You:

As our ideal Executive Assistant, you are more than just organised, you are the backbone that keeps everything running smoothly. Your proactive mindset and strong communication skills will make you a key player in managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, real estate campaigns and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience managing real estate campaigns, meetings, events and travel arrangements.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
