Marketing Assistant at INTREC

We're looking for someone to assist with the production, coordination and submission of tenders, expression of interest, other proposals and general office management. Your role involves:

  • Assist in the preparation of expressions of interest, tenders, proposals, and presentations
  • Assist in the bid content development
  • Assist in the proofing, editing and writing of documents prior to being submitted
  • Ensure a high attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness for written communications
  • Write content for social media posts, newsletters, and project updates
  • Perform all duties in accordance with INTREC policies, processes, systems and procedures
  • Being a key member of our National Business Development and Marketing team
  • Manage internal and external events
  • General office management duties such as ordering stock, keeping communal areas clen and tidy, arranging events etc.

The skills we need

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is highly desirable but not essential (training will be provided)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and English spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills
  • Direct and level headed to carry out tasks and ability to push for information
  • Proficiency using different social media platforms
  • Commitment to contributing to a high performance culture
  • Great time manager
