About us

Our rapidly growing business is currently predominantly online and non-patient facing, however, our state-of-the-art retail space has just been complete and we're welcoming patients face-to-face We support a number of Australia's leading telehealth services and medicinal cannabis brands, helping patients all around the nation access this medication and provide the support they need, and have been recognized by winning Dispensary of the Year in 2024 & 2025.

About the role

With a can-do attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn, this is an exciting opportunity for an early career or experienced Pharmacy Technician to discover this exciting industry. You will be part of our incredible team that ensures plant medications are dispensed and dispatched in a timely and accurate manner. In the role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including:

  • Accurately dispense prescriptions and enter medical data

  • Accurately complete, pick and pack e-commerce orders when needed

  • Administrative support for pharmacists

  • Communicating with patients (via phone or asynchronously) regarding their order status and answering order queries

  • Communicating with suppliers and other stakeholders

  • Work in cooperation with Pharmacists to ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications

  • Dispensary inventory control and stock movement into and within the pharmacy

General information about the job

  • Part-time and full-time positions available

  • Flexible working hours

  • Non-customer facing or customer-facing roles available

Candidate Requirements

  • Prior experience as a dispense technician

  • Attention to detail

  • Quick learner - the ability to understand and follow our dispensing procedures and to adapt as we grow

  • Excellent customer service skills - you may be required at times to direct and assist patients with their orders

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to maintain accurate patient records and regulatory documentation

  • Outstanding inventory control skills

  • Medicinal Cannabis experience is highly desired but not essential
