Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for children
  • Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture
  • Observe and document children's learning and development
  • Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
What We're Looking For:
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or currently working towards it
  • Certificate III qualified applicants who are willing to commence their Diploma studies are also encouraged to apply
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork
