About the Role

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and adaptable Casual Host to support our sales office during peak periods, staff leave, or special events. This casual role is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who enjoys providing excellent customer service and has a keen eye for detail. You'll play a vital role in maintaining the premium standard of our client experience and supporting the team with light administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Hospitality & Guest Services

  • Greet and engage visitors in a warm and professional manner

  • Prepare and serve quality coffee, tea, and light refreshments

  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and client lounge areas

  • Provide a high level of hospitality to clients and prospective buyers

Administration & Office Support

  • Answer phone calls and manage front desk enquiries

  • Assist with appointment scheduling and meeting coordination

  • Prepare sales materials and client information packs

  • Support the sales team with data entry and basic administrative duties

  • Ensure hospitality supplies and materials are stocked and tidy

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a hospitality, front desk, or administration role

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Well-presented, reliable, and able to work independently

  • Comfortable using basic computer systems (Microsoft Office)

  • Available to work on short notice, including weekends if required
