We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable General Labourer to join our team. Position Overview:

As a General Labourer you will be an integral part of our daily operations, providing support across various tasks and projects. The ideal candidate is a hardworking and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and is eager to contribute to the success of our team.

Responsibilities:

Manual Labour:

• Perform various manual tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment and work areas.
• Follow safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

Site Maintenance

• Keep work areas clean and organised.
• Dispose of waste and debris in a responsible manner.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to support a safe and efficient workplace.

Assistance to Skilled Workers:

• Assist skilled workers in the completion of tasks as needed.
• Provide support in construction, assembly, or other projects.

Equipment Operation:

• Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision.
• Learn and follow proper procedures for equipment operation.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Safety and Compliance:

• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
• Adhere to safety regulations to minimize workplace incidents.

Education and Experience:

• No specific educational requirements; a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
• Previous experience in a general labour role is advantageous.

Physical Experience:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
