Traffic Engineering Officer

$550 per day + Super | 6-Month Contract | Parramatta Location | Flexible working

Your new role

  • Join a dynamic team as a Traffic Engineering Officer, where you'll play a key role in improving road safety and network efficiency. You will:

  • Undertake road and traffic safety investigations and complete audits, including technical assessments.

  • Develop practical solutions to complex network management problems.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and professional correspondence and reports.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Tertiary qualification in traffic engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of network management policies, guidelines, and technical procedures.
  • Ability to analyse data, conduct field investigations, and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active, valid NSW driver's licence (essential).
