About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Architect to drive strategic alignment between business operations and technology solutions. The successful candidate will translate enterprise goals into target business models, capabilities, and roadmaps supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define business architecture frameworks, principles, and standards.
  • Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects to ensure business alignment.
  • Map business capabilities to processes, applications, and data.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and develop transition strategies.
  • Support program governance and stakeholder engagement across business domains.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Architect or in a related enterprise transformation role.
  • Strong understanding of business capability modeling, process design, and value chain mapping.
  • Experience with frameworks such as TOGAF, BIZBOK, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in enterprise, digital, or solution architecture projects preferred.

Location:

Sydney / Greater NSW region (onsite or hybrid flexibility available)
