AEP Engineering is seeking a skilled Contract Welder to assist in the fabrication of structural steel skip bins for a major national client.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced welder who values safety, precision, and teamwork. You'll be part of a professional, well-equipped workshop and a supportive team that takes pride in quality, efficiency, and results.

• $75 per hour casual rate
• 38-hour week – consistent, reliable hours
• All welding and fabrication equipment supplied
• Safe, modern, and well-organised workshop
• 3-month project with potential for ongoing work
• Work with a veteran-owned Australian manufacturer that values quality, discipline, and teamwork

• Proven experience in structural steel MIG welding and fabrication
• Commitment to WHS and safe workshop practices
• Must have or be able to use an air-fed welding helmet (loan units available from AEP)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Reliability, strong work ethic, and pride in producing quality work
