Production Worker

Workfast are a specialist Labour Hire and Recruitment business based nationally across Australia.

We are working on behalf of a client who are a recognised and well known manufacturing business in the Newcastle area.

Our client is currently looking for production workers to work on days, afternoon and night shifts who have experience with warehousing work for their distribution centre based in Kurri Kurri, Newcastle.

About the role -

• Work will consist of various manual labour duties in a clean and tidy environment
• Operating Forklift
• Using machinery
• Working within a great team
• Great pay, long-term work and work life balance
• Temp to perm opportunities
• Afternoon and night shifts available
• Ideally have experience in operating factory machinery (training also available)

About you -

• Ability to lift up to 20kgs
• Have a valid forklift ticket (LF high risk work licence)
• Previous experience working within a warehouse environment and on-site.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A test
• Have own transport
• Live locally in Newcastle
