A Grade Electrician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced A Grade Electrician to join our dynamic team at Green Earth Electrical. This full-time role - Monday to Friday only, no weekend work - is based in North Geelong, VIC and will involve delivering a range of electrical services as well as solar and battery services to both residential and commercial customers.

What you'll be doing:

• Performing electrical installations, maintenance and repairs to the highest industry standards
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving electrical issues across a variety of projects
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and codes
• Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with clients
• Maintaining detailed job records and completing all necessary administrative tasks
• Supporting and mentoring junior electricians and apprentices as required

What we're looking for:

• A current A Grade Electrician license and several years of hands-on experience
• SAA accreditation preferred
• White card & working with heights
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures and industry regulations
• Paperwork, including quoting & design, is part of the role - must feel confident with a computer. On site training is provided.
• Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Ability to be able to converse with customers and feel confident being able to have great communication abilities when clients have questions
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
