Job description

In line with our Growing Demand we require—

Energetic and bubbly medical receptionist or Senior receptionist / 2IC required to join our very busy Medical Centres located in Hope Island and Pimpama.

  • 7 days a week shifts available
  • General Practice experience is a Must
  • Experience in Best Practice is mandatory

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Welcoming patients
  • Booking appointments
  • Answering telephone calls and enquiries
  • Patient billing(Medicare, DVA, Work Cover)
  • Scanning clinical correspondence
  • Checking emails and faxes and mail and action accordingly
  • General administrative duties.
  • Working closely with Doctors, Nurses and Onsite Allied Health and Specialists

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time or causual

Salary: $45,580.00 – $60,342.00 per year
