Position: Housekeeper (ABN Contractor preferred)

Location: 25-room motel in Ascot, Brisbane

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to service motel rooms and perform associated cleaning tasks at our friendly 25-room motel in Ascot.

Work Hours:

  • Usually 8:30-9 am start, finishing around 1:00 pm daily (depending on occupancy).

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to motel standards.
  • Change bed linen and towels, restock room amenities, and report any maintenance issues.
  • Ensure a high level of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all areas.
  • Work efficiently and independently while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • ABN preferred (contractor arrangement).
  • Fully vaccinated.
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Positive "can-do" attitude, pleasant personality, and good communication skills.
  • Must be available to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating basis if required.
