As a Drainage Operator with Armidale Regional Council, you'll lead the charge in maintaining critical infrastructure, operating powerful machinery, and keeping our streets safe and functional. About You

You're a hands-on operator who takes pride in doing the job right. You know your way around heavy machinery, understand the importance of safety and teamwork, and bring a proactive attitude to every task. Whether you're clearing drains, repairing infrastructure, or responding to emergencies, you stay focused, reliable, and ready to deliver. You'll bring experience in civil construction or drainage works, with the ability to operate machinery like excavators, loaders, and service trucks. A safety-first mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and physical capability are essential.
