The Role

We are seeking a high performing club manager, This is a full-time role for an experienced Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of Australia's top performing Anytime Fitness gym's in Macquarie Park. As the Club Manager, you will be responsible for driving member engagement, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of passionate fitness professionals and much more. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and market leading brand.
Key Tasks

Manage the overall operations of the gym, including staffing, member services, sales, and daily operations

Develop and implement strategies to increase membership, member retention, and overall gym performance
-
Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the gym's team of Personal Trainers and Customer Service Representatives

Foster a positive and motivating culture within the gym, encouraging team collaboration and member experience
-
Analyse gym performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives
-
Collaborate with the senior management team to continue to grow and improve the clubs performance
What we're looking for
-
Experience (2 years) in a similar manager role within the fitness or sport and recreation industry

Proven track record of driving member engagement, increasing membership, and improving gym performance
-
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
-
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
-
Passion for health, fitness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
