The Role

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Labourer to join our ground crew full-time. This role will support our skilled trades across all stages of the build process—framing, sheeting, cladding, flooring, fit-off, and finishing. You'll work in our workshop on a range of portable home projects and have the opportunity to learn and grow within a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building and assembly of portable homes
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform site clean-up and maintain workshop safety
• Support carpenters and other trades on framing, fit-off, cladding
• Use power tools and hand tools (with supervision if needed)
• Work across multiple builds simultaneously
• Follow instructions and maintain consistent output

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years' experience in construction or manufacturing
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
• Strong work ethic and ability to take direction
• White Card (mandatory)
• Own basic tools and transport
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
