Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strong content strategy across blogs, social media, email, and video
  • Manage SEO efforts: keyword research, content optimization, backlinking, and Google rankings
  • Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Track and improve KPIs such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, CAC, and LTV
  • Build brand authority through consistent messaging, influencer partnerships, and remarketing funnels
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and performance ads.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush/Ahrefs).
  • Strong understanding of content funnels and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and analytical skills
